I’m Back, and wishing everyone a Happy Holiday Season!

Just yelling out to say hello… I’m back!!!  Been way, way, way too long since I have posted anything here.  A lot of things have been going on over the last couple of months.  All I can say is things are great and I hope everyone is enjoying the holiday season.

It’s been awhile since I’ve posted anything and thought on this rainy day it was about time to start again.  I hope everyone is well and enjoying the last few days of the summer season.  Fall will be upon us soon and I hope to get out to get some shots to post and share.

The shots above were  taken a few weeks ago at Lake Lenape at the bottom of Mt. Minsi.  It was a really great day for me and I really enjoyed the time spent there.  It’s always nice to get out and just enjoy the outdoors.

What to say and do…

Well, here I am sitting at home. thinking of what to put on here after such an extended period of time.  I was going to share a lot about what has been going on in my life over the last month, the ups and downs with all that has been going on, but have decided that this would not be the best forum to do so, as two of my biggest fans like to visit here, daddy loves you Katie and Shaun…

I never made it in to work today, my body at 3am was telling me it has had enough.  The last month has been extremely draining on me both physically and emotionally.  Work has been great, except for the long hours and very few days off, I really do enjoy it and work with the greatest group of people, I can’t ask for better co-workers.  The thing I hate the most is the amount of me time there is, there is none…  which is ok sometimes, but not all the time…but hopefully soon that will get better as well. 

I am happy that my kids and I have spent some time together lately after an extended period of time and am looking forward to more time with them this week as well, I’ve missed them so much.

I hope everyone out there is well, the weather is not looking too hot for today, I know it was nasty last night and I hope it didn’t cause issues for anyone out there… talk to you all soon…

Good morning to all, I hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful weather today.  I believe it’s Wednesday, I’m not sure as my days have been running together alot over the last few weeks.  Work has kept me busy, but I did manage to get out for just a little last weekend to take a short hike after an extended period of rain. 

A lot of things have been going on lately, not all of them good, but we have to take the good with the bad.  Eventually everything works out, right?  I hope to get out a little more and enjoy the weather, I’ll catch up with everyone soon.  Stay safe and healthy…

I thought this might brighten up everyone’s rainy Monday.  I’m a bit tired today, I worked last night and will be pulling a long night tonight, but I’m not complaining.  Things are really starting to take a turn for the better for me and I can’t be happier, well maybe…lol.  I hope everyone is enjoying their day and staying safe, warm and DRY…lol.

I'm just not in the mood to do anything, thank you...

Well, as you can see above, Alvin is just not in the mood to do anything but lay around all day.  Fortunately for him, he can do that.  Myself on the other hand, I can not.  I have been extremely busy over the last couple of weeks, as well as being sick the better part of the last week.  I’ve been busy with work and dealing with a lot of things.  Today will be no exception, but hopefully I’ll be able to get out and enjoy the warm weather and sunshine.  I hope everyone is well and I wish you all a wonderful day and weekend…

I hope everyone is enjoying the day, spring is here and so are the April showers, looks like we will be getting plenty of those this week.  With Easter just a week away, what better picture to show than that of a bunny.  This photo was one of my daughter’s first attempts at photography, and I can say she did a really great job.

 

It’s beautiful out today and  I did some yard work and a little spring cleaning and reorganized a few things.  This week I am hoping with pass quickly, I am planning on a nice weekend with the kids.  I plan on taking them to Washington’s Crossing State Park again, we went earlier this year, but the weather was a little cold and we were unable to visit Bowman’s Tower.  They have been asking me when we could go down again, so I think we’ll try for this weekend.  If not, then there is always somewhere to go hiking, the kids have been throwing ideas at me as far as where we could go.  They are really enjoying the hikes we take, and I enjoy them as well.

Good morning all, the rain is falling this morning and most likely will be through out the day.  April showers are here and it looks like they will be continuing on and off over the next week.  I’ll spend most of today catching up on a few things at home and may get out for  a visit to my brother’s as well.

I’m hoping for a break this weekend with only morning showers tomorrow and then sun until Monday.  I am looking forward to getting out for a hike at least one of the two days, we shall see.  I hope today finds everyone well, wishing everyone a great weekend…

Good morning everyone, I hope today finds everyone safe, healthy and happy…  I am looking forward to the day and getting a lot of things accomplished.  I am also looking forward to seeing the kids tonight for our weekly Thursday evening visit.  I awoke at 3am this morning for some unknown reason, not really, my back has been bothering me the last few days… the price of many years of abuse on the body…lol.

The sun is shining this morning, after the fog lifted and it looks like it will be warm enough to open the windows and enjoy fresh air in the house.  The weekend is looking good weatherwise too, so I am thinking a hike on the appalachian trailor at Jacobsburg  may be in order again.  I may just get out to take some photos, not  sure where I will end up but it will be great to get out.  I hope everyone has a great day, stay safe and take care.
